DRY KILL LOGIC: Recharging Batteries
May 14, 2008DRY KILL LOGIC frontman Cliff Rigano has posted the folowing message on the band's MySpace page:
"Just wanted to hit you all up and let you know that we are NOT dead, broken up or MIA. When you bleed the dream for 18 years like we have, at some point you need downtime to decompress, recharge the batteries, and become inspired again. I wanted to thank everyone that has emailed / MySpaced us about our whereabouts it's humbling to read all the great emails asking about merch, tour dates, new music etc. Unfortunately, I don't have ANY answers for you yet, but rest assured that sooner rather than later you will be hearing from us.
"In the meantime, here's some stuff to tide you over:
"Brendan [Duff; bass) has been rocking with PRISTINA as of late, and they are looking for a new bass player. I have been dedicating a LOT of time to Psychodrama Music Group stop by and grab FREE DKL music, along with tracks from KOBIE JACKSON and TEXAS BRASH!! Phil [Arcuri; drums] is still funny and [Jason] Bozzi (guitar) is still sexy, nothing new there.
"There are a few other things in the works that we'll fill you in on as they develop, and it will definitely blow you away. You all rock, and we can't thank you enough for everything."
DRY KILL LOGIC's latest album, entitled "Of Vengeance and Violence", was released in September 2006. Regarding the CD, Cliff Rigano previously said, "It's definitely in-your-face, aggressive music. We've never compromised our integrity for a quick glimpse of success, never wrote a record with the pipe dream of crossover radio accessibility and never turned our backs on the style of music we write or the people that appreciate it."
